A Whole Lot of Laughs

Last night, Kile and I went to see Brian Regan in Salt Lake.

Prior to the show we had dinner at Happy Sumo...yum!  Love me some Japanese food and Sushi.  Then we shared a dessert (which we never do)  at Dairy Queen.

The show was great!  We laughed and laughed.
This was a great  anniversary present, that Kile surprised me with, way back in October.

A great night...sooo much fun!

Slacker

So much for blogging once or twice a week...
I really am trying to get back on track.
I promise.
It's just that January is so utterly and terribly boring...
I have never been a big fan.

Happy New Year!

These are the pictures that were supposed to be on our Christmas card this year.  When it was time to print the cards, I was having issues.  I kept getting a message that the pictures were corrupt.

Long story short, they seem to be working just fine...now that the holidays are over.  Hence, no Christmas card from the Fishers this year.

I keep telling people I am going to send out "Hope Your New Year is Great!" cards...  We will see if this actually happens....who knows?

Any way, I am excited to begin a new year.  I have lots of goals that I will be working on this year and I plan to share them as I accomplish them...wish me luck.

New Year's Eve was fun.  I will be posting about that tomorrow.  And, one of my goals this year is to blog at least twice a week- so stay tuned for that!

A few pictures from December...

Here is a look at our Christmas Season.
Annual Fisher Family Christmas Party...we hosted this year.  We had dinner and Santa stopped by to bring jammies for the kids.

On Christmas Eve, my mom and dad and my brother Kelly came for dinner.  Then it was on to movies, games and presents.

Madison gave me and "I Pad"....she is one funny girl.  I laughed really hard!

Christmas morning...she let me take this picture...so I am posting it!  Madee also got a new bed and new bedding...we are going to redecorate her room now.

Destrie got drums...it has been really noisy at our house ever since!

Kiley is now set up with a TV and DVD player for her new room.

Christmas Party at my mom and dad's house the day after Christmas.  We had brunch and did presents.

Our Christmas Tree...we got it at Sam's Club for $16.00!!!   Such a good deal!

Kiley's Birthday 12-12-11

Remember when I said I was a little behind?  Well actually, I am a lot behind..so here I am trying to play catch up before this year ends.

Kiley turned 17 on December12th.  For her birthday, we moved her out of the room her and Madee had been sharing.  We painted the room that used to be the old preschool room.  She got new bedding for her room, Season 3 of Friends, a subscription to Seventeen magazine, and a scraper for her car.   We went to Rumbi for her birthday dinner-her favorite.  Oh, and she also won the birthday round up on Kix 96!  Pretty exciting stuff!

                             We love you Kiley!
Pictures of the new room to come soon...we have a few things to finish up still!

A Little Behind

It has not been my intention to let this blog go unattended to for sooo long.  I have been super busy-and the blog kind of got left in the dust.  I do have things to post and now that I have some time, the pictures on my camera are having issues.  We are trying to get that all worked out.  So, hopefully  you will hear about, Kiley's Birthday, Christmas Parties, and a few other things I can't remember right now....soon.

Anyway, here is a thought for today....

Cross your fingers for me that we get this picture problem fixed...I need to print my Christmas cards.
